Absolutely. We provide samples of our standard-sized Fire blankets. This allows you to personally evaluate the material thickness, high-temperature resistance, and overall workmanship. For certain stock samples, you only need to cover the basic shipping costs.
Choosing the right size is critical for effective fire suppression:
·Home & Kitchen: We recommend the 1m × 1m or 1.2m × 1.2m standard versions. They are lightweight and easy to deploy quickly over grease fires or small kitchen flare-ups.
·Shops, Factories & Offices: We recommend the 1.5m × 1.5m or 1.8m × 1.8m thickened versions. These offer a larger coverage area for initial fires in machinery or office equipment.
·Vehicles & Boats: Our 1m × 1m or 1.2m × 1.2m portable models are ideal. Their compact size allows for quick response to engine or electrical circuit fires.
·Industrial & Large Equipment: We recommend the 2m × 2m heavy-duty thickened version. These are designed with enhanced heat resistance for protection around large machinery and pipelines.
All our Fire blankets are manufactured according to strict international standards. While we strive for 100% accuracy, please note that colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings. If you require precise confirmation of size and texture, feel free to request a physical sample.
Our fire blankets are made of high-purity glass fiber flame-retardant fabric. They are non-toxic, odorless, high-temperature resistant, non-combustible and self-extinguishing once away from fire.
It depends on the intensity of the fire. If the blanket is not punctured, melted, or heavily soiled after a small fire, it can be cleaned, dried, and reused. However, if it has been exposed to intense heat, shows signs of melting, or has structural damage, we strongly recommend replacing it with a new one to ensure safety.
Our standard Fire blankets can withstand temperatures of 500°C and above. They work by quickly isolating the heat source and suffocating the fire by cutting off the oxygen supply.
When stored in a dry, dark, and stable environment, a Fire blanket can last between 5 to 10 years. We recommend a quick visual inspection annually. If the material becomes brittle, hardened, or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
Safety first! Follow these steps:
·Pull the straps to remove the blanket from its container.
·Hold the straps to protect your hands and place the blanket completely over the fire source.
·Leave it in place until the fire is suffocated and the area has cooled.
·Emergency Escape: If a person’s clothing catches fire, wrap the blanket tightly around their body to extinguish the flames and evacuate immediately.
